Customers

Customers are the people who open tickets and chats. This directory is not the same as team users.

Customer list

Open Customers. Search by name or email. Open a profile to see related tickets and activity. Create a customer record before logging a ticket on their behalf if they are not already in the list.

Portal access

Customers sign in at the customer portal. Team members sign in at /t/{org}/login.
