Chat Widgets

Chat widgets are the snippets you embed on your website so visitors can start live chat.

Setup

1. Open Chat Widgets (settings permission, live-chat plan feature).
2. Create a widget, set colors and greeting, and copy the embed code.
3. Paste the code on your site. Confirm chat appears in a private browser window.

Only publish widgets on domains you control. Rotate or disable a widget if the snippet leaks.
